Welcome to the calendar of upcoming events for Oregon OA! There is now a "printer-friendly" version of the Calendar.

Information is also available in the Scoop, which is e-mailed to every group's registered secretary. Ask your secretary to be sure to bring the Scoop to the meeting. Also be sure your secretary's name and address are accurately listed, especially if it has changed lately. Contact the Group Coordinator for more information. If you are interested in receiving the Scoop yourself, click Scoop and fill in your e-mail address.

If you want to schedule an OA event, be sure to contact the Events Coordinator, or other Board member, to make sure you aren't conflicting with any other events, and to get posted on this calendar.

***** There is an urgent need for volunteers for Intergroup and committee positions. Please spread the word at your local meetings. Some of the committees take very little time and could really use your expertise. Please see the Intergroup page for a listing of open positions. You can also look at the actual job descriptions as well.

January 30th, 7:00PM-7:30PM, Newcomer's meeting prior to Speaker meeting at Easter Seal Building.

January 15th-17th, 50th OA Birthday Party, LAX Marriott Hotel, Los Angeles, CA. Check out www.oa50th.org.

February 27th, Unity Day. A special day celebrating Overeaters Anonymous. This day recognizes the strength of the Fellowship worldwide. On the last Saturday in February, at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Standard time, OA members pause to reaffirm the strength inherent in OA's unity.
